HOW TO ORDER

   Prices and shipping: Part of the mission of Sunlit Art is to provide inspiring, educational, and beautiful cards and calendars at a reasonable price.  It is also important that our products are delivered to you promptly and in good condition.  We have found that U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is reliable and usually only takes 3 days to arrive almost anywhere in the U.S.A.  Prices listed include shipping by first class mail, parcel post, or media mail.  However we recommend that you request shipment by Priority Mail.

   Advent Calendar Mailings:  If you would like us to mail a number of Advent calendars directly to your friends and family members, please send us by regular mail or email a list of names and addresses of those to whom you would like the calendars sent.  If you are paying with the 'online shopping cart' please send your list in a separate e-mail as soon as you submit your order online via "PayPal".  We would appreciate receiving your list before November 1st.  This will allow us to send the calendars via first class mail to arrive before December 1st.

   Personalized Block Print Cards:  We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for preparation and delivery of your special order cards.  It may take two to four weeks.  If you need to receive the cards sooner, please contact us before ordering to find out if it is possible for us to meet your deadline.

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

1. By Phone:  Please call us at (505) 989 1630.  Mary Ray or Paul will be happy to take your order over the telephone.

2. By Mail:  Write out a list of the items you would like to order, and mail with your check to Sunlit Art, 1677 Cerro Gordo Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87501-6148.  Include any special instructions, the address you would like the items sent to, your shipping preference (regular or Priority Mail), your phone number and e-mail address in case we have any questions.  If you have an e-mail address, we will confirm the receipt of your order by e-mail.

3. Online:  Purchase items using a credit or debit card or your existing PayPal account. Simply click on the words "Purchase Item" by the cards or calendar you wish to order.  To see what you have ordered so far or when you are ready to pay, click on "View Cart" and the PayPal "shopping cart" will appear.  We will confirm your order via e-mail.  Any information you give us will not be sold or shared.

4. Postage:  When ordering online, click on one of the buttons below and the Priority Mail / international postage charge will be added to your shopping cart. 

For orders totaling less than $50 click on the left hand button and $5.15 will be added. 

For orders totaling more than $50 click on the right hand button and $11.35 will be added.
